Ferns’ mango lime pickle is a blend of yellow limes and chunks of juicy mango. A spoonful of this tangy pickle makes a delectable condiment for curries and dipping breads.
Mrs. N Fernandes started making pickles and curry pastes in the sleepy town of Pune, high up in the Western Ghats, over 70 years ago. Mango lime pickle is made using her original recipe containing large chunks of fresh, hand-picked limes and mangoes.
Ingredients: Mango pieces 36%, lime pieces 36%, water, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, green chillies, chilli powder,acetic acid, whole mustard, split mustard, cumin powder, turmeric powder. Allergens are listed in bold.
