Ingredients Le Benefique Organic Wild Chamomile Herbal Tea Stems

These Le Benefique organic chamomile stems create a subtle golden tea, with a slightly sweet flavour that Le Benefique also describes as ‘sober’. This chamomile has hints of honey and a floral bitterness and, because it is wild, it has a brighter more grassy flavour than other chamomiles. Contains 16 stems.

Simply infuse your stems directly into 90°C water for 2-3 minutes to release the unique colours, fragrance and flavours of each individual plant.

The plants and stems used for Le Benefique’s infusions are hand picked from Mount Ida in Turkey.  Each harvesting area is carefully protected and cared for with the long-term future of the ecosystem in mind. The company uses a picking technique learned from the Yorouk community, which ensures no plant is picked until it has properly matured.
