Tao Kae Noi grilled super crisp seaweed is a lightly-salted snack consisting of strips of seaweed. Shiitake mushroom gives an umami kick, with warm, fragrant cinnamon and clove notes. The sugar gives this moreish seaweed snack extra crunch. 

The Thai company Tao Kae Noi (or Taokaenoi) was only set up in 2004 but has quickly become one of the most respected brands of dried seaweed. Tao Kae Noi super crisp flavour is salty sweet, with extra crunch from the sugar.
