The honey notes from the cocoa balance against fiery crystallised ginger and zingy lime oil for a mix of exotic flavours. Made with just five ingredients, you can enjoy this 70% chocolate bar alongside a mojito cocktail or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
All Willie’s Cacao chocolate is made ‘from bean to bar’. Unique characteristics of different cacao varieties (sourced from around the world) are brought to the fore – some might naturally taste of nuts, others of summer fruits. Willie’s Cacao chocolate contains only cacao, raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter – no vanilla or soya lecithin – and is made in small batches in Devon.
