Use the Kimbo Macinato Fresco classico coffee in a Moka espresso maker. 18g of ground coffee makes 3 cups of espresso.
Kimbo coffee is one of the most famous coffee brands in Italy. Kimbo coffee was founded over 50 years ago by three brothers – Francesco, Gerardo and Elio Rubino. They began by roasting coffee in their father’s bakery in Naples, an Italian city famed for its coffee bars. It soon became apparent that the brothers had a natural talent, as people travelled from far beyond Naples to come and try their coffee. This inspired the Rubino brothers to package the coffee so people could make it at home.
In 1963 they set up a dedicated Kimbo coffee roasting house – Café do Brasil. In 1994, Café do Brasil was ranked the 2nd most popular and successful coffee roasting house in all of Italy. It still holds that position today, and Kimbo is an Italian household name.
Ingredients: Arabica coffee (80%), Robusta coffee (20%).
