Molecular Gastronomy Supplies ISi Rapid Infusion Set

The iSi rapid infusion set enables a liquid to be infused with different flavours quickly. In addition by using rapid infusion accessories with the iSi gourmet whip you can easily reduce the pressure and collect the escaping foam or liquid in a container.

The iSi rapid infusion set includes:

1 sieve gasket 100% silicone
1 internal sieve 100% stainless steel
1 ventilation tube 100% stainless steel
1 silicone tube 100% silicone
1 cleaning brush

First, combine aromatic solids (for instance herbs, spices, fruit) and a liquid (e.g. alcohol, oil, water, vinegar) in the iSi whipper. By applying pressure into the iSi whipper using an iSi cream charger, the flavor of the solids becomes infused into the liquid.

The iSi rapid infusion set is dishwasher safe and comes with a two year warranty. Please note, iSi rapid infusion set is not suitable for use with the iSi thermal whipper.
