These Alziari olives with herbs of Provence are bursting with flavour. The Moroccan olives are called ‘tailladées’, which means slashed. This is because the olives have been sliced open slightly in order to absorb all flavours of the herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy these flavourful olives with a drink before dinner, or serve them in a  classic French Nicoise salad of boiled potatoes, tuna and eggs. 

The olives contain stones.
