Rosle Modern Classics Angled Palette Knife 25cm

Rosle’s Modern Classics angled palette knife is the professional way to smooth glazes and icing on cakes and tortes. Made from stainless steel, this palette knife has a long, flat blade – use it when glazing sachertorte. The angle also allows you to create patterns in the buttercream for a more intricate decoration. 

This palette knife has a blade measuring 25cm.
