Francois Doucet’s white chocolate and strawberry jellies are sweet French confectionery treats – a wonderful gift, or treat for yourself. The sweet strawberry jelly centre is wrapped in creamy Belgian white chocolate, studded with pieces of dehydrated strawberry.

About Francois Doucet

​​Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provençale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses a recipe that is over three centuries old.

Ingredients: White chocolate from Belgium 56% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous dairy fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), strawberry fruit paste 35% (fruit pulp 14.5 % (Provence Orange apricot 7.5%, EU / non-EU origin strawberry 7%), sugar, wheat glucose syrup, natural strawberry flavour, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, natural flavour of Bourbon vanilla and orange blossom), dehydrated pieces of strawberry 3%, cranberry powder 2%, coating agents: acacia gum and shellac, sugar, glucose syrup.
