Easy whip helps you create airy chocolate mousses, light foams and meringues at home. This instant powder can be blended with any liquid, then whipped to a light foamy consistency. To make a meringue, the foam simply needs to be dried out at a low temperature.
Easy whip has a neutral flavour and can be used for both sweet and savoury recipes, be it frothing up breakfast fruit smoothies or creating a savoury garlic foam to serve alongside grilled hispi cabbage.
Follow the below instructions for using easy whip:
- Blend easy whip into your chosen liquid using a blender, then whip into a light stable foam or mousse using a stand mixer or an electric whisk.Â
- Foams can then be dried out at low temperature to make meringue.Â
- Use at 0.5% – 1% compared to recipes weight (5g – 10g per 1 kg).
Ingredients: Methylcellulose E461), xanthan gum (E415).
