5. Returns and Refunds

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• All food and ingredient products (including items from African Ingredients, American Ingredients, Baking Ingredients, Beans & Pulses, Brazilian Ingredients, and BBQ Season categories)
• Any opened, used, or damaged items
• Gift cards

Eligible Items:

You may return most new, unopened, non-food items (e.g., Aprons, Bakeware, Bento Boxes) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for authorization and RMA number
3. Ship the item to the provided address with your RMA number

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
